Dynamic and personable Insurance producers wanted! The Joseph German Agency is actively seeking candidates who are interested in a rewarding opportunity on our insurance sales team!

Great Full-time sales opportunity. Insurance producers develop and maintain relationships to increase agency client portfolio.

With this position comes guided training, and all other necessary resources to succeed in this business. Leads are primarily generated from individuals who are actively in search of the many insurance products that we offer.

Compensation is a base salary plus commission. Earnings are uncapped and meeting agency goals gives potential for large bonuses.

A flexible work schedule is available. Making time for family is a must and this position will allow you to have a good work/life balance.

Salary: $24,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Initiate productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients
• Evaluate business or individual customers needs and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
• Work with incoming leads to deliver insurance products that fit their risk profiles
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition objectives
• Consistently make 80 QUALITY outbound calls on a daily basis

Requirements

Requirements:

• Individuals with vibrant personalities often do well in this role
• Willingness to expand knowledge of all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, etc.)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively

License/Certification:

• Property and Casualty License (Required)
• Life Insurance License (Preferred)
• Unlicensed candidates willing to obtain licenses prior to employment will be considered.
