SAIC is looking to add a IT Support Manager to help facilitate with one of our esteemed civilian agency contracts.
* ONSITE: 1 to 2 days a week *
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the IT Computer Operations, Hardware/ Software upgrades, Infrastructure, Change Management, Project Management, People/Contract Management and Help Desk/ IT Support.
- Manage, Track Service Desk SLA metrics.
- Establish IT Operations KPIs and performance to goals.
- Microsoft Exchange Admin Center, Microsoft Office 365, M365 Admin Center, M365 Teams Admin Center, M365 Azure Cloud, other hosted Cloud solutions, DevOps Certification
Qualifications
- BS and 5 years of related experience (4 years experience in lieu of degree)
- US Citizenship required for Public TrustÂ
- Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written), experience in developing and implementing policies, plans, and procedures
- Works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases and peripherals.
- Previous experience in either Incident Management, Service Management, Service Delivery, or had a role with either direct customer account management or implementing ITIL based methodologies
- Attention to detail is a MUST.
- Ability to lead teams with confidence and accuracy.
- Coordination and communication skills in order to work with other technology and business partners during high stress situations
- Educated decision making skills desired.
- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills.
- Previous experience within project management, crisis management, and major incident management.
- Ability to exude confidence when escalating and speaking to Senior and Executive Leadership.
Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
