Accounts Payable
Temp to hire
Onsite, Dallas

Hourly rate: $23.00-25.00/hr

Must have:
2 years+ AP experience, ideally focused on reviewing/auditing invoices
PO based AP experience
Excel - rows, columns, formulas
SAP

As an Accounts Payable Reviewer, your primary responsibility revolves around meticulously auditing and reviewing documents for accuracy, ensuring adherence to company policies and financial regulations. This role requires thorough examination of high value documents or more, alongside reviewing payment requests and manual entries across varying amounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, excel in customer service, and exhibit a robust analytical mindset. We are seeking individuals who are decisive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate high levels of social and emotional intelligence, alongside a commitment to continuous improvement and an ownership mentality.

Responsibilities:

-Thoroughly audit and review documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
-Review payment requests and manual entries across all monetary amounts.
-Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and provide excellent customer service.
-Utilize reference files effectively for various instructions.
-Navigate a paperless work environment using dual monitors efficiently.
-Utilize SAP and other system proficiently to obtain invoices for processing.
-Conduct research on past due balances on accounts when necessary.
-Support other teams as needed.
-Collaborate closely with other departments/divisions to enhance and maintain process efficiency.
-Assist with any additional projects assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
