Job description
The Lead role is very demanding and requires a high degree of talent, guts and hustle. PRIME TIME is looking for an well-rounded all-star who wants to help us scale our operations by taking the company's playbook and run with it. You will help hire up and manage our PRIME TIME driver team, ensure our routing is efficient, and help keep our day-to-day operations as smooth and cost-effective as possible.
HOW YOU WIN
- Scale up, train and retain a driver team quickly and cost-effectively
- Balance driver and vehicle supply with rider demand
- Perform analysis to make data-driven decisions

NECESSARY SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree with at least three years of work experience
- Experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank or logistics company is a plus
- Superior communication skills: You will need to communicate quickly and effectively with several teams
- Strong multitasking ability: You will be in charge of tracking and keeping tabs on multiple routes, drivers, and vehicles simultaneously
- Problem solver: You must be able to quickly respond to situations in the correct way
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills are a must
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a get-sh*t-done attitude
- Naturally connect with drivers easily
- Startup experience is a plus
