The Position


Reporting into the Executive Vice President in charge of business development, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, lead generation, and brand visibility within our target market. The individual in this position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that effectively showcase our expertise in ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm's goals and market trends to increase brand awareness and market share within the ERP industry.


Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials aligned with sales objectives and support them with necessary tools for lead conversion.


Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and other collateral to showcase our firm's expertise in ERP consulting.


Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and website optimization to increase online visibility and inbound traffic.


Campaign Development: Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, email, etc.) to generate leads and nurture client relationships.


Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches and stay ahead in the industry.


Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as webinars, workshops, and industry conferences to promote the firm's services and establish thought leadership.
