Seneca offers weekly individual and group supervision towards licensure hours, free CEUs, free trainings to improve clinical skills, and yearly scholarship opportunities for professional development.
The Social Worker will meet with clients and caregivers on a weekly basis to further treatment goal, provide psychoeducation, and coordinate care between providers. As the Social Worker you will have the opportunity to provide individual/family therapy and assist team members on casework issues. Services for families will take place in-person within the community ( Petaluma ) while other work can be completed remotely.

ABOUT KAISER WRAPAROUND
This Kaiser Wraparound Program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca Family of Agencies, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization).

- Establish Child and Family teams consisting of natural supports to facilitate treatment planning and sustainable support.
- Facilitate Child and Family team meetings
- Maintain engagement and collaboration with community members, Kaiser partners, and other service providers.
- Coordinate and comprehensive treatment and services for assigned clients
- Intervene in clients' behavior management programs as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assessments, treatment plans, and other documentation
- Participate in the 24-hour on-call support line system.
- Engage in individual and/or group supervision sessions.
- P rimarily hybrid work model with 2 days of the week working in-person in the Petaluma office
Required:
- Master’s degree in Counseling/Psychology/Social Work
- Registered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed
- Flexible schedule with ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Be part of a rotating emergency pager system, scheduled ahead of time
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Own vehicle, Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred:
- Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills
- Bilingual Spanish skills
- Full-time
- Mon-Fri; 9am-5pm OR 10am-6pm
- Flexible schedule with ability to work some evening and weekend
- Hybrid; provide in-person services & complete documentation remotely
- Starting at $69,010 - $83,010 per year, actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualification
- Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
- An additional compensation upon passing the bilingual language proficiency exam

- *$5000 upon completion of New Employee Orientation + $5000 at 9 months of employment in this position*
