Job summary:
Our company has grown 5X since 2018.
Sales reps take incoming calls and online leads. NO COLD CALLING
We’re looking for a motivated individual who appreciates earning commissions and bonuses.
You'll call and facetime people who requested a move, and do on-site estimates for larger moves.
Our clients value our great reputation and transparency and we look forward to working with someone who values these traits.
Sales experience is not required. If you have little or minimal sales experience, you must be willing and eager to learn how to handle objections.

- Is good with computers, can type quickly, is willing to become familiar with keyboard shortcuts and switching between windows on computer
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Be attentive to and responsible for the needs of customers who make changes in the date of their scheduled move.
- Be honest and ethical with clients. We want to maintain great reviews online, and have customers, realtors, and people in the community send us referrals. Unlike in other industries, overpromising can cause the moves to go over budget, can cause the movers be overworked and quit, and can cause the customer to demand refunds and/or damage our reputation.
- Make 40-50 outbound calls, or have 1.5-2 hours of talk time per day.
- Participate in daily sales training on Cardone University.
- Be on time everyday.
- Be willing to engage in networking and developing relationships with referral partners.
- Be willing to take occasional calls from customers and coworkers on weekends and after hours. Customers who are calling during these times might be the most profitable customers, as sometimes they don't have time to shop around, and they hire the first company they speak to.
