Short Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the company. Under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, the successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, assisting in sales development, with the potential to take on more responsibilities as they prove their capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various business development activities, learning the ropes of effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Conduct outreach to potential customers in ND, employing both established leads and identifying new opportunities through research and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and leverage promotional materials in your outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, in our CRM system.
- Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and understanding of our industry.

Ideal Candidate
- Eager to learn with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of audiences.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- No prior experience in sales required, but a keen interest in developing a career in business development/sales is essential.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and the drive to contribute to the team’s success.

- Travel 1-2 days per week, NV, AZ and CA
