Short Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the company. Under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, the successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, assisting in sales development, with the potential to take on more responsibilities as they prove their capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various business development activities, learning the ropes of effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Conduct outreach to potential customers in ND, employing both established leads and identifying new opportunities through research and networking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and leverage promotional materials in your outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, in our CRM system.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and understanding of our industry.
• Job site visits

Ideal Candidate

• Eager to learn with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of audiences.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• No prior experience in sales required, but a keen interest in developing a career in business development/sales is essential.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and the drive to contribute to the team’s success.

Requirements

• PC literate, proficient with MS Office
• Travel 1-2 days per week, NV, AZ and CA
• Bachelor's Degree
