What you'll do...
Data tells a story, and we are looking for someone who can help tell that story. Join us in shaping the future of healthcare as a Project and Data Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to organize projects, gather critical data, and spearhead the development of our data analytics function. You will manage and analyze large datasets to derive insights for optimizing operational efficiency and decision-making. This could involve creating detailed reports, identifying trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within the health and wellness division and be a driving force in building and expanding our capabilities in-house. Additionally, we are seeking individuals who are flexible and adaptable, as they will need to be prepared for any ad hoc requests that might come their way. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1-2 years of Project Management skills
1-2 years Data Analysis Experienced
Able to put reports and presentations together
Organizational skills
Strong understanding of healthcare sector trends, market dynamics, and regulatory environment
Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Able to communicate efficiently.
Able to provide work authorization within 3 days of your hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
Experience in data analysis in the health & wellness industry
Experience in supporting sales and business development teams in a B2B environment
