Job description
Flowly Solutions is hiring a manager for our warehouse team.
This role requires previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting. We will train on our company specific systems.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
As a warehouse manager, you will be responsible for all areas of the floor. This includes overseeing incoming and outgoing orders, employee management, timesheets, etc.
This is a day shift position, we are flexible on the exact working hours. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire warehouse and all employees
- Scheduling and timesheet collection
- Ensuring inventory count and cycle counts are correct
- Meeting strict deadlines for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Training new employees on safety and machinery
- Learning our software and programs
- Disciplinary action when needed
- Be willing to perform other duties and get involved with labor when required
- Work well in a team based environment
- Keep warehouse tidy and clean
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar setting
- Computer literacy and the ability to type effectively
- Physical capability of lifting 50 pounds
- The ability to stand for the entirety of the shift
- Experience in managing multiple employees
- No formal education is required
