Our Team

Under the general direction of the Head of RGM, the Associate Director, Revenue Growth Management Capabilities will play a critical role in the success of Sanofi’s US Commercial organization.  The candidate will lead projects that provide business information to enable Trade Promotion Management, Commercial Insights and Sales Analytics & Reporting in the US. 

Success in this role will require a strategic and analytical mindset, ability to lead cross functional teams, excellent ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels and extensive project management experience to drive the implementation of business solutions.

The salary range for this position is $124,000 to 175,000. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the link,
