Job description
We are looking for confident, persistent, and resourceful individual for our team!
As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients through prospecting and creating sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this position, you will need to be a go-getter who is driven to exceed goals and must be driven for future success in all areas of life.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists.
Arrange and coordinate meetings with new clients and existing clients.
Update client databases and maintain a personal log of your contacts.
Hit minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity and sales goals.
Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
Cold Calling prospective clients and prospecting to new areas.
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
60-70% Traveling by car within Riverside county and San Bernardino County.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Staffing experience 2 years preferred.
