The  Warehouse Operations Manager will drive operational excellence in all outbound shipping, replenishment, and inventory activities, ensuring excellent service delivery to customers across 4 branches across the Western Paper division (Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico). This role is responsible for >300K square ft warehouse space and 100 team members, including 4 direct manager reports.

Salary: $110K-$150K depending on experience. Role eligible for up to 10% bonus.

You will:

• Create vision and strategy to advance 4 warehouse and logistics operations in the division and help advance regional initiatives as needed. Provide direction and coaching to DC Managers and Supervisors.
• Assist in development and preparation of annual budget and KPI goals, evaluate weekly performance, and recommend adjustments. Manage all labor expenses and monitor weekly payroll.
• Operate as internal consultant and lead initiatives to reduce operating expenses and improve customer service levels in collaboration with Warehouse Managers.
• Review workforce staffing plans to ensure proper levels are allocated to meet business demands.
• Lead routine meetings with your leaders and other business stakeholders to assess performance and outline priorities.
• Help on board new customers/programs and determine operating solutions to meet needs.
• Execute established safety and security programs.
• Respond to elevated issues or questions from customers or vendors as needed.

You have:

• Must have 10+ years in warehouse management leading multiple teams and reporting to senior-level leader
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and project implementations
• Proficiency to analyze data and make recommendations for improvements
• Solid computer and technology skills (Excel, Word, WMS, task management systems, etc.)
• Industry experience is ideal (Foodservice, Jan/San distribution)
• Bachelors degree preferred
