- 1+ years’ experience in an administrative capacity supporting mail sorting, scanning and reception
- Ability to pickup mail from PO Box daily
Preferred:- Experience supporting a finance team
Job Summary/Description: A Brooklyn based nonprofit is looking for a strong administrative staff member to join the team on a contract basis. The main functions of the role include reception duties, as well as picking up and processing large volumes of physical mail (a lot of our mail is on behalf of or for our clients: things like SS checks, household bills, etc.), scanning documents for case managers, and sending daily and weekly summaries of mail that has been received for specific teams of case workers.
