Job description

As a Business Administration Intern you will have the opportunity to work closely with professionals in various departments and gain exposure to different aspects of our business operations. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience in areas such as project management, data analysis, operations, and administrative support. You will contribute to real projects and initiatives while learning from experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Support the planning and execution of projects and initiatives across different departments.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• .Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Studdent must reside in New Jersey orr attend a New Jersye college.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in business administration or relevant coursework is a plus but not required.
