The primary focus of a System Administration Specialist is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficiency of systems that support the State of Missouri’s core organizational functions. A Systems Administration Specialist will be responsible for the support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of server applications throughout their life cycle.

This position will work closely with a team supporting various content management systems. Successful candidates will learn the administration of OnBase, IBM Content Manager, and Kofax systems as well as general server administration. Candidates will routinely work problem tickets, moderate system access, and work with the team on upgrades and implementations. Successful candidates should take pride in expanding their capabilities, proactively research new technologies to improve current systems, enjoy solving complicated problems, and be able to work collaboratively in a team.

This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the State Data Center (SDC).
