This NEWLY CREATED Regional Purchasing Manager position, offers you the chance to lead a team of two Buyers in its PA region across 3 plants, shaping the future of a dynamic organization.

Who you are:

• A seasoned purchasing pro with at least 5 years of proven experience managing a team.
• A Manufacturing guru! Bonus points for juggling multiple plants!
• Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• A negotiator with strong critical thinking skills.
• A master in purchasing steel, aluminum and/or sheet metal a plus.
• Nimble with ERP Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Hands on and willing to do the purchasing at your home-based plant in Waynesboro.
• A Communication ninja: You articulate clearly, both written and verbally, and connect with all levels of management.
• A master at planning, and you have outstanding organizational skills.
• Willing to travel one week each month to one of the two plants you are supporting.
