Compensation: Based on experience – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support all hardware and software release updates necessary to fully update and flash test and certification vehicles to the correct Software and Hardware release level
- Identify required updates and obtain required hardware and software from counterparts within the company
- Generate work orders for local workshops to update hardware and wiring as needed, and coordinate with diagnostic experts and functional teams to perform software updates and ensure intended system functionality
- Maintain and update a vehicle and recourse scheduling plan in collaboration with car lines, the certification team and other functional areas to ensure prototypes and test cars are available in time for powertrain and release update deadlines and validation test
Here’s What You Need To Apply:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – mechanical, computer, computer science, mechatronics, electrical, etc. Open to new grads with mechanical, software, and electrical experience/some mechatronics experience (classes or internship)
- Ability to budget logistics, data, parts and workshop workflows, as well as with the customer departments, functional teams, and contacts in Germany
- Understanding of vehicle development process, system development process, liability and quality requirements, knowledge of automobile technology, vehicle electrical and onboard communication architecture, assembly structure, modules, and parts. Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle functions
- Knowledge of common measurement and diagnostic tools – CANalyzer, CANape, DTS Monaco, Diagmera, and ability to analyze and interpret test and diagnostic data. Knowledge of ECU HW/SW functionality as part of vehicle system
- Preferred qualifications: German language skills – written and spoken, familiar with vehicle troubleshooting, project management, Master’s degree with emphasis in Mechanical, Computer, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineer
