Job description
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms - Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Excel, and Teams Platforms.
MUST HAVE Requirements!
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, handling physical goods.
- Familiarity with production and shipping processes for physical goods
- Strong customer service skills for addressing customer needs over the phone or electronically
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Located near Columbus, Ohio to allow for potential on-site work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for potential local travel
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Must be able to come into the Franklin County, Ohio office - 3 days at the office – 2 days remote.
