The Opportunity
Our location in Temecula, CA, currently has an opportunity for an Associate Project Coordinator. The main purpose for this role is to work with project managers and teams to manage the project lifecycle for company's products and services involving functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
What You’ll Work On
- Independently identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management systems and process being examined, including integrating internal and external best practices and benchmarking data
- Works with co-sourcing partners such as Program/Project Managers to plan the project, draft project reports, and conduct the fieldwork, which includes interviews, process flow determination, critical analysis of activities ass value added/non-value added, financial analysis, system data analysis and transaction testing.
- Supports project execution which may include identifying tasks, tracking project schedule, and identify/manage risks and issues, and independently executing assigned tasks.
- Begins establishing and cultivating a network of internal resources to facilitate completion of tasks.
- Participates in special projects as they arise.
- Provides Divisional support as it relates to project management tools and software.
- Manages all project management software/tool requests, including access, licensing, report sharing, troubleshooting, etc. with minimal oversight.
- May exercise authority within pre-established limits and approval.
- Independently manages own work load by balancing multiple tasks/projects, prioritizing work based on criticality and urgency, and completing tasks on time.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 2 yeas related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the medical device industry or other highly regulated industry.

The base pay for this position is $48,000.00 – $96,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
