Job description
Responsible for the management of applications that support Global Workplace Services (GWS) this role would be primarily focused on Dynamics 365 Applications supporting Facilities Operations. The Senior Application Manager, Real Estate Technology will be responsible for system onboarding for the user base, system enhancements, upgrades, system/data remediation, change management, user training and disaster recovery planning. This person will also be responsible for engaging with business stakeholders to translate business process into system requirements.

Responsibilities
Primary lead managing a specific group of applications for Microsoft's Real Estate & Security division, tasked with developing and managing applications that enable our employees to do their best work every day.
Application onboarding for all new and existing users.
Engage with business stakeholders (Platform Leads, Puget Sound Platform Leads, Real Estate & Facilities(RE&F) Leadership, and Microsoft Digital) to understand and document business process.
Engage with business stakeholders to ensure data quality and system remediation if required.
Work across groups with which the Technology Team is dependent (data quality, reporting, integrations, enterprise applications and data warehouse teams) to prioritize enhancements to the applications.
Manage technology projects from design through implementation which includes scope, schedule and budget adherence.
Document and manage support and disaster recovery programs for all applications.
Manage scope with 3 rd party vendor teams both directly and indirectly managed as well as on/offshore to accordingly prioritize and deliver against technology needs of the business - this includes stakeholder management to ensure expectations are properly set and maintained.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to understand business process and employee experiences and translate those experiences and process into applications that support RE&F
Analytical and investigative skills to understand business needs.
Finance background (Budgeting, Forecasting, PO’s, CO’s, Invoicing, Rent, Depreciation)
Communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and proven capability to effectively understand business needs/objectives and translate those into business effective applications.
A proven ability to influence and collaborate across groups at all levels of an organization and build virtual teams.
Project management, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills
Passion for innovation through technology in partnership with the product groups at Microsoft to drive new technology.
Experience with disaster recovery planning for systems.
Represent GWS as an employee of Microsoft, you're expected to be a leader in the corporate real estate industry through your area of expertise.
Working knowledge of Tririga, Manhattan/Trimble, Archibus, Dynamics,SharePoint, Power BI, SAP, AutoCAD, Accruent and/or other real estate related applications
Systems implementation experience preferably with corporate real estate point systems or IWMS implementation experience
Familiarity with Microsoft specific data culture and general systems/data to more quickly assess feasibility of delivering business needs.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
