Key Responsibilities: - Act as Revenue Power User and Business Process Owner for Revenue Reconciliation related processes and functions supporting J&J Innovative Medicine business segment.
- Lead for SOX, Audit, and Training Standards, lead discussions with auditors and all related follow-ups, and serve as Revenue Management liaison to Finance Credit groups to address issues/opportunities and share best practices.
- Accountable to run, validate, troubleshoot, and report out performance against department metrics.
- Develop and deploy Revenue training initiatives, including training delivery.
- Perform root cause analysis on revenue process or systems issues, partner with other business stakeholders as appropriate to resolve issues, and support team with troubleshooting customer complex issues or questions.
- Implement process improvements, applying process excellence tools & technology and internal/external collaboration to drive achievement of department metrics and individual account goals.
- Support Key Performance Indicators, including incoming/outstanding deduction dollars and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Lead or participate in large-scale projects that improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes.
- Develop Subject Matter Expertise in all areas of Revenue Reconciliation, including (but not limited to) J&J IM Policies, Process SOPs and WIs, Revenue metrics including financials, SOX requirements, Government Laws & Regulations, J&J Quality Standards, J&J Customers' practices, etc.
- Manage and coach Co-Op or temporary staff with functional responsibilities, acclimating to culture, and maximize their Co-Op opportunities and performance.
- Complete other process and project related activities as assigned.
Education: - Minimum of a High School or equivalent diploma required; Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree preferred, with focus desirable inBusiness, Finance or Supply Chain
Experience and Skills: Required: - Minimum four (4) years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word; VLOOKUPS and pivot tables proficiency preferred
- Proven ability to learn new systems/applications
- Experience working with compliance (i.e., SOX, Audits)
- Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams
- Experience leading or participating in process improvements and efficiencies
Preferred: - Experience working in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Customer Service
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others' skills and to develop and lead training initiatives/exercises
- Working knowledge of SAP, BW, Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau
- Finance knowledge or work experience in one or more of the following areas: accounts receivable, deduction management, cash application, and/or collections
- Knowledge of Order Management or Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics
- Lean/Six Sigma/Process excellence experience, training, or certification
Other: - May require up to 10% domestic travel
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
