Job description

Role: Plant Manager
Location: Pennsylvania (ONSITE)
Duration: Full Time

The ideal candidate will have extensive Food & Beverage experience as well as a track record of plant turnarounds and a passion for the industry.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage subordinate supervisors to provide effective leadership in a dynamic environment.
Investigate and report any injuries or accidents promptly resolving plantrelated issues to maintain a safe and productive facility.
Develop align and maintain communications throughout the organization to achieve the business objectives.
Lead the operational management team and functional staff including Quality Finance Continuous Improvement Environmental Health & Safety Human Resources Supply Chain and Engineering.
Emphasize utilization of Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing tools (Kaizen VSM 5S) to lead cost improvement analysis and implement actionable measurable plans.
Ensure all daily production targets are met and that all products meet company and client specifications.
Identify new areas technologies and opportunities in manufacturing operations.
Control all associated operational costs according to prevailing annual budget forecast.
Ensure that the plant has proper staffing plans and that team members have the resources training information and support needed to perform duties effectively and achieve objectives.
Creates a healthy team culture by including diverse perspectives giving recognition and demonstrating transparency and empathy.

Qualifications:
10 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage space
Experience leading an entire facility
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
