Infosys is seeking an Associate Group Manager, Sales Effectiveness . As the Associate Group Manager, you will be the Head of Innovation & Thought Leadership for the Retirement CoE at Infosys Limited and thus be part of the leadership team of the Retirement CoE.  You will be responsible for developing the overall priorities and roadmaps for thought leadership and innovation. This will require engagement externally with clients, prospects, industry associations, and expert networks, and will require internal coordination with the Infosys Center for Emerging Technologies, the Infosys Knowledge Institute, and the global network organization. The Associate Group Manager is expected to be able to operate as a leader in a matrixed organization and engage independently with senior individuals internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the innovation and thought leadership roadmap for the retirement CoE.
• Partnering with client accounts, iCETs (Infosys Center for Emerging Technologies), and other relevant groups to set an agenda and manage outcomes of retirement innovation labs.
• Partnering with Marketing, Infosys Knowledge Institute, Sales teams, and other relevant groups to set an agenda and manage outcomes for retirement thought leadership materials.
• Engaging with external and internal groups to stay current on trends and innovations in the global retirement ecosystem; syndicate knowledge within Infosys.
• Developing/supporting the development of content appropriate for external publication, go-to-market materials, and internal education.
• Supporting special projects and initiatives, and taking on other related duties as assigned.

The CoE is led by a small core team based in Infosys’ Malvern, PA offices.  This small team sits at the intersection of Infosys’ sales and delivery organizations and oversees a broad matrixed organization of retirement, technology, and operations experts globally.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 11+ years of similar work experience.
• Knowledge of the retirement industry acquired through related work experience.
• Executive experience in strategy, innovation, and thought leadership.
• Strong external and internal presence and excellent communication skills to lead and motivate peers and leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA preferred
• Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers
• Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Global Delivery Model experience.
