Effective Date(s): December 2023 - May 2024 Monday - Thursday 3:10 p.m. - 5:10 p.m. (No Fridays)

Staff Needed: One (1) Lead Teacher

Qualifications:

• Must be a current employee at Paterson Public Schools Must be working under the appropriate New Jersey Content Area.
• New Jersey Principal or Supervisor certificate.
• Mut coordinate the program and activities as requested.
• Review the School's Emergency Procedure.
• Review each student's registration form with the emergency numbers.
• Ensure teachers and students keep to the program schedule.
• Knowledgeable with the Kronos system.
• Track and monitor student attendance on a Google sheet.
• Call student families to ensure student participation.
• Monitor and track the pre and post assessment and provide an analytical statement at the end of the program.
• Reconcile timesheets against attendance tracking system.
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, computer literate, and analytical.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Must complete all tasks assigned to run a successful program.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community.
