We have some existing Reports but mostly new Queries will need to be developed. - Develop Queries to pull Plan vs Actual Tooling data from Maximo & SAP related databases, then apply cost and visualize in BI in the form of: Unit Cost, Monthly Usage and Tool Life ( Sho Delta btn Plan vs Actual) - Develop Queries to Visualize tooling at Inventory level - not enough used per plan - meaning ran the tool too long vs used too many tools which could imply tools are breaking/wearing too soon or we have a quality issue and PE needs to investigate both cases. -Develop a Query to import a list of new kaizen tools we want to track for their performance from: CPU, Visualize/Graph to show if these Kaizen tools actually show Extended Tool Life (we were able to cut more parts than previous tool before having to do a tool change or not = Tool Life Optimization by extending tool life) Provide Microsoft Power BI Manufacturing Data Analytics support to include: - How to set up workflow - Working knowledge on Incremental Refresh - Data access and power query with ability to use on both desktop and web versions of power BI - Refresh on data flow and data sets - Data visualization using Microsoft Power BI - Data validation - Generate dashboards as per client instructions document
