Memoji lets everyone create a visual representation of themself that's personal and playful.
The Memoji UI team owns creation, editing, and persistence of Memoji across Apple platforms. Most recently, in iOS 17, we added Memoji as an option for Contact Posters. Be a part of making more great experiences with Memoji!
Key Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with iOS development
- Deeply conversant with UIKit
- Comfortable debugging any UI code
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Object-oriented programming experience
- Upbeat, adaptable, and results oriented with a positive attitude
Description
We power the Memoji editor and the option to choose a Memoji to visually represent a contact on iOS, iPadOS and macOS. We work closely with the other teams at Apple that design and render Memoji to create a great experience.
We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated software engineer who is eager to build smooth, delightful experiences with Memoji.
In this position you will be participate in all stages of software development, from new feature design and implementation, to maintenance of prior releases. You will be responsible for creating new features, and improving the polish and reliability of existing Memoji features.
You will work through rapid development cycles, remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty, and show your drive to deliver dependable software.
Education & Experience

- Experience in developing an iOS or macOS application from end to end
- Interest in high performance, glitch free UI
- Navigate large code bases and fast-paced environments with aplomb
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900.00 and $256,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
