Job description
This is a remote position.
Paradigm in seeking a Project Manager to support our client a global leader in the legal services space. This person will be responsible for managing one or more internal initiatives and will be responsible for tracking the processes performed by other departments. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the certain operational initiatives owned by this client. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with stakeholders from Client Services and our internal operational groups throughout coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives. The candidate will develop and manage the overall project timeline for multiple projects occurring simultaneously.

As a Project Manager you will:
- Develop and manage overall project plan and timeline for internal operational initiatives.
- Monitor and provide status updates for each project.
- Drive progress on the initiative through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
- Ensure project requirements are being met with the highest quality and accuracy through verifying and communicating routinely with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the initiative owner and act as the primary point of contact for project status (including communicating status to management and executives as requested) and deliver daily project health reports.
- Ensure all project requirements are gathered documented approved and implemented.
- Manage interdepartmental communication acting as a liaison between departments removing roadblocks and calling/managing meetings whenever necessary.
- Communicate risk and provide solutions for risk mitigation.
- Work with stakeholders to call out issues and provide solutions to create greater project efficiencies.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager preferable with managing the launch of a new software product.
- Learn new processes or procedures with minimal direction and guidance.
- Knowledgeable user in Microsoft Office with experience communicating technical business rules and requirements.
- Strong analysis and research skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and timesensitive projects with changing priorities.
- Proven problemsolving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and calm demeanor.
- Ability to interact with all levels of managers and endusers in the organization.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships throughout the organization.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to gather efficiently and process information in a fastpaced environment are required.
