The College of Forestry is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE ), 12-month, professional faculty position.

The College of Forestry at Oregon State University is the leading forestry program in the United States, advancing impactful research and innovative solutions to humanity's most pressing environmental and natural resource concerns. The college is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of a digital marketing and content strategy that creates an online presence in line with its reputation as a global leader.

As a member of the college's marketing and communications team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Minimum Qualifications (Staff) / Guidelines (Faculty):

Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field. 3 years' experience related to the discipline of the college, unit or department.

Requirements :


This position requires driving a university vehicle or a personal vehicle on behalf of the university; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence, be determined to be position qualified and self-report convictions as per University Policy 05-030.

Type:

The majority of this work will take place in a typical office environment, with the need for intermittent travel for site visits to research forests and/or other university sites as needs arise for planning and/or content development purposes. Most work can be completed during standard working hours of 8 a.m. -5 p.m., however on-call support will be required at times for issues management and support at evening/weekend events and conferences. A hybrid or remote work agreement will be considered, with the understanding that there will be requirements to be on-site at the Corvallis campus and other locations on a regular basis.

Additional Salary Information: Salary is commensurate with education, skills, and experience.
