Our ideal candidate:

• Experienced Barista

• Detail-oriented
• Solid work ethic
• Can work under pressure (we are a fast-paced restaurant!)
• Can work weekends and evenings

Responsibilities:

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with company standards and customers' needs.
• Presenting the menu and helping customers select drinks.
• Delivering drinks to tables.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines. Interact with customers regularly and professionally.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
• Be willing to do multitasking job roles.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Ability to work fast and accurately under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• MUST be able to work Saturday and Sunday

Compensation:

• Hourly pay is $13 + tips (average adds to $18-$22/hr)
