Here is what working as a Landscape Designer & Sales at Tournoux Landcare Service will entail:
Using your people skills to build great relationships with customers
Demonstrating your sales skills by upselling to existing customers
Feeling a sense of achievement when building relationships with future clients and maintaining those relationships over time
Enjoying being creative while making custom landscape design plans
Feeling the achievement of creating accurate project estimates for customers
Taking pride in helping Tournoux Landscape Service maintain a positive reputation
Maintaining high standards through quality assurance

Coordinating jobs and training crew members on technical skills and general operational procedures

We ask that you have these qualifications:
Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
2-3 years of related industry experience
2-3 years of sales and design management experience
Experience in landscape design, including plans
Excellent time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Real-Time Landscape Architecture software (preferred)
