Position Title: Creative Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) - Choose from the following locations:

Role Overview: As the Creative Project Manager, you will collaborate with a diverse team of creative professionals and internal stakeholders to oversee all projects within our in-house agency.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from intake to release, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal creative team, maintaining clear communication and providing regular updates.
Coordinate multiple programs simultaneously, navigating overlapping deadlines with finesse.
Uphold project deadlines and deliverables while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Advocate for clients' needs, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing project nuances and creative briefs.
Foster a positive attitude and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Secondary Responsibilities:
Address day-to-day issues within the workflow tool system.
Provide backup support for the creative operations manager as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication/Advertising, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with workflow tools systems (experience with Aprimo is a plus).
Agency experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
