Job description
An amazing company is looking for an exceptional Social Worker to join their growing team!
Open to remote work! Arizona residency preferred.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Master’s Degree in a field related to behavioral health required. (The exception of those who were licensed prior to 2004 but are currently licensed independently is acceptable).
· Minimum two (2) years of experience working with the Adolescent Population preferred.
· Minimum two (2) years of experience working with the Substance Abuse population preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS, REGISTRATIONS
Current AZ Driver’s License (Valid and in good standing)
Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Finger Print Clearance Care required.
Licensure at the associate or independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor required - MSW also considered
