Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION : Performs all general and/or vascular procedures/studies under the direction of the Radiologist. Communicates results of diagnostic examinations to the interpreting physician.
General Information : Experience: Min of 1.5 years US experience
First-time traveler: Yes
Fast paced unit, must be a strong experienced sonographer
Patient Types: Outpatient/Inpatient/ED, Abd, OB, GYN, small parts, carotids, refluxes, venous/arterial dopplers, COVID, vascular, pelvis, Vascular experience (required: carotids, upper/lower venous dopplers) , Will not have to scan breasts, Average of 8-10 scans/sonographer
Required Certifications: BLS,ARDMS OB or Abd, RVT
Skills required: Strong experience in Abd, vascular experience (carotid, upper/lower venous dopplers), pelvis, GYN, early OB
Charting System/Equipment: EPIC, GE PACS,GE Equipment, Siemens Equipment (S2000)
Scrub Color: Ceil Blue; allowed to wear black pants (no olive green, black top, camo, denim)
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment, experience with vascular, general, OB, Abd
