We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the innovative field of Fraud Prevention and Risk Monitoring. In this 100% remote role, you'll play a crucial part in implementing our Enterprise Fraud Prevention Program, ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge tools and controls.

About the Role:

As a key liaison between Global Product Services, the Financial Intelligence Unit, and IT Risk Technology, you'll be at the forefront of executing the Fraud Prevention Roadmap. Your responsibilities will span across collaborating with various business lines, working closely with Agile teams, and contributing to the design, development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of fraud risk decision strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technology partners to execute a product roadmap aligned with core business objectives.
Work closely with Agile Teams to deliver the Enterprise Fraud Program effectively.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging risks in fraud risk management, utilizing this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Author technical feature requirements and acceptance criteria for various business use cases.
Set quarterly goals, manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Manage feature backlog and sprint goals, prioritizing EPICS and User Stories in alignment with the roadmap execution.
Produce feature requirement artifacts to support the business team, such as Business requirements, data flows, and process flows.
Communicate project updates to both senior leadership and end-users, driving product adoption.
Produce and lead go-live release communications to inform partners and users of new features and changes.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to make informed product decisions.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years in the Banking/Finance industry directly related to Payments and Digital Banking Fraud.
Working knowledge of Agile product development.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to a large audience.
Understanding of payment processing - Wires, ACH, checks, Real-Time Payments.
Comfortable with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Professional certifications in Fraud Examination are a plus.
