Job description

Boarding Pass Coffee is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Alpharetta/Milton locations. If you have a passion for coffee, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in managing a drive-through coffee shop, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Alpharetta-area coffee shops
• Ensure high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a motivated team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Implement and uphold health and safety standards.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Handle financial responsibilities, including budgeting and cost control.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure a strong team morale.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing a drive-through coffee shop is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial aspects of the business.
• Knowledge of coffee and related products.
• Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
