Our Web & E-commerce Team is responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging and accessible experience across Native Instruments’ websites. By optimizing the user journey from product discovery to purchase and beyond, we enable creators to find, buy, and learn about the tools they need to express themselves.
What You'll Do
CRO Program Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimization program to enhance the performance of Native Instruments' digital properties.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and user experience.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork:
- Work closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate CRO initiatives into the overall web development process.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align CRO strategies with broader business objectives.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, A/B testing results, and other relevant data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO.
Backlog Management:
- Build and prioritize a backlog of improvements to Native Instruments' web properties based on data-driven insights and strategic priorities.
- Ensure a continuous flow of optimization initiatives to enhance the overall user journey.
A/B Testing:
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes on conversion rates.
- Interpret test results and iterate on strategies to achieve ongoing improvements.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion metrics;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics;
- Hands-on experience with AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO or other A/B testing and personalization tools;
- Experience in ecommerce, with a focus on optimizing online shopping experiences that increase revenue and new customer acquisition;
- Familiarity with web development processes and working collaboratively with web engineers;
- Experience working in an Agile environment. You are adaptable to change and are skilled at managing timelines, requirements, and communication across teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- If you understand how music producers/DJs/Music Tech enthusiasts think, it would be a big plus, and would compliment your own work in optimizing the conversion flow;
- In this role, you will work with various teams, in an international environment, where the business language is English. Therefore, fluency in English is a big plus.
