Do you have a passion for environmental & social responsibility? We have an Internship available supporting our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team! This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about environmental and social responsibility and wants to learn how to apply this passion in a business setting. You will have the opportunity to work with the Environmental, Social and Governance team to support the development and implementation of environmental responsibility programs. A day in the life of an ESG Intern: The ESG Intern will support the team on a variety of projects throughout the summer including: Supporting the team on programs related to Hasbro’s 2030 Environmental Goals related to energy, greenhouse gas emissions, waste and water. Gathering, analyzing and reporting product and packaging material data as part of our product and packaging sustainability goals. Working with the facilities teams to evaluate energy efficiency projects and assisting with waste, water, and energy audits. Conducting analysis of supplier environmental impact data and identify opportunities for improvements. Helping to develop employee engagement opportunities to generate awareness on sustainability. Supporting the team in the development of sustainability presentations. What you'll bring: Currently enrolled in college courses with a focus in Environmental Studies/Policy, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Ethics or Sociology preferred. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or with a team. Interest in data collection & analysis.
