**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic Audit Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, strategy, and direction for all operational aspects of our Health Sciences services in an assigned region. Your main goal will be to achieve growth and profitability targets while ensuring the efficient delivery of audit services in line with our global mission.

**Responsibilities:**

- Select, train, develop, and motivate a competent workforce to provide high-quality audit services.
- Directly supervise and provide leadership to our audit team members, including senior lead auditors.
- Assist in developing and monitoring annual operating plans and budgets for auditing services.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team in estimating and planning audit services utilization.
- Manage auditor performance and establish action plans for improvement as necessary.
- Measure and monitor internal improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Develop work plans for audit team members and conduct 3rd party audits as assigned.
- Perform witness audits to maintain auditor competency and performance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and records.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and resolve client needs, service delivery issues, and competitive threats.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in environmental health, related science, engineering, or business.
- Five years of related industry experience in health, science, safety, or quality.
- Three years of supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership success and ability to work well as a team member.
- Certified as a consultant or auditor for ISO 13485 standard.
- Two years of experience providing third-party audit services.
- Ability to work independently from a remote location.
- Willingness to work varying hours and travel as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
