Logistics Operations Supervisor Trainee
SmartTalent is currently screening candidates for a great Training opportunity for a Logistics
Operations Supervisor. Job site is located in Tacoma WA area. You will be trained and shown how to
provide leadership, support and vision to a core team of professionals.
Starting Pay:
$46k-$55k DOE

What a Typical Day Looks Like in This Role: Provide leadership, manage operations to ensure
alignment with strategy and priorities, Growth of Operations Planning process focusing on
continuous improvement efforts, Collaborate with the Terminal Team Manager to best align company
strategy, Develop and execute a resource plan to meet or exceed utilization goals, Oversee all
aspects of global supply chain from procurement to warehouse to transportation, promote the safe
operations of all aspects of the business.
