Job description
The Transfer Agent Management and Support team maintains a service-oriented operational support structure for JPMorgan Funds and acts as a liaison with the Fund’s transfer agent, SS&C Global Investor & Distribution Solutions, Inc. Primary responsibilities include establishing and maintaining mutual fund setup on the transfer agent’s system, regulatory statement and tax form mailings, support electronic client portal access, and support industry initiatives. The team proactively looks for opportunities to improve quality, service, efficiency and consistency of procedures and processes across the organization.
Job Summary
As a Project Manager you will work in a dynamic team environment taking on new projects and issues as they arise. You will need to effectively run meetings across varying audiences and manage deliverables and deadlines in a timely manner. As a project manager you must be able to adhere to established policies, procedures and legal requirements.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for executing key deliverables within the strategic business agenda across the business. You will interact with Senior Management, Product Groups, Finance, and Business Risk Management and external partners including the Fund’s transfer agent.
