Job Title: Change Management Specialist
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6 Months

Job description:

Create a strong transition plan to manage the change and ensure a sustainable process is in place to perpetuate the change.
Create email announcements, design promotional materials, prepare/conduct briefings and help translate subject matter content into training materials.
Coordinate and lead the development of materials such as process guides, fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides.
Support the project team to develop stakeholder outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, management buy-in and support.
Coach managers and supervisors.

3 must haves skills:

10+ years experience,
large scale organization change (10,000+ employees),
experience on building overall change management strategies.

Preferred Experience:

Airline experience a plus!
Change Management with an organization with a Union workforce with 10K 20K employees

Qualifications:

Undergraduate of Science in Business Administration, Organizational Change Management, communications, Project management or similar field.
Experience supporting clients in change management.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
