Job description
Summary
TPN is looking for a Programmatic Buyer with extensive trading and analyst experience to contribute to our eCommerce buying team.
Core Accountabilities - Responsible for activating, managing, and optimizing programmatic media campaigns within preferred DSPs including but not limited to The Trade Desk, Viant/Adelphic, and Google/CM360 platforms.
- Combine data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies and provide effective solutions for assigned clients and campaigns.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for the programmatic buying practice by partnering with the cross-functional team to provide support to key stakeholders.
- Be able to translate and communicate buying strategies or optimizations to the client, if required.
Core Skills - Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, or other optimization platforms.
- Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns.
- Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to find opportunities for improvements and changes.
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from a variety of data sets.
- Strong story telling skills.
Requirements - 3+ years of experience with strong data analytics experience
- Experience in retail media network platforms including Amazon Advertising or Walmart Connect, a plus.
- Advanced MS Excel skills. Other data skills like SQL, R or Python would be an advantage.
- Shopper Marketing experience preferred.
- Education: Four-Year Degree
