Job description
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Designs and defines system architecture for Compunetix Mission Voice Platform (MVP). To include cross site NETS and IP Spans
- Participate in launch ICE and dress rehearsals.
- Provision instruments, support call scheduling, end-point troubleshooting, real-time launch console support, and end-user training
- Tier 3 Network support of Cisco and Juniper equipment in support of Mission Critical Voice CAN/LAN/WAN
- Develop and document Mission Critical Voice SOPs for engineers and Knowledge Base articles for end-users
- Work with industry providers from other Government agencies and commercial providers to ensure seamless call performance
- Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or clients
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager
- Experience with VMware ESXI platform
- Experience with designing QoS policies over WAN
- Experience with engineering Compunetix Mission Voice Platform
- Experience with maintaining Compunetix Mission Voice Platform
- Experience with Cisco ISO
- Experience with Juniper JUNOS
- Experience with PBX is desired
- Experience building/managing servers in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment is desired
- Experience with managing work tasks via tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
- System configuration based on security guidelines such as DISA STIGs
CLEARANCE:
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph minimum
