Regulatory Reporting Manager . This position is responsible for supporting critical regulatory reporting mandates and deadlines. The Regulatory Reporting Manager coordinates, completes, and reviews the FDIC and Federal Reserve regulatory reports.

What will you do as the Regulatory Reporting Manager? - Ownership of the FDIC and Federal Reserve regulatory reporting process to include:
- Coordinate the completion and review of regulatory reports such as the Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y9-LP, FR 2644, FR Y-6, FR Y-8, Summary of Deposits, and other reports as needed
- Create clean, accurate and well-organized documentation of reported numbers and supporting conclusions made from required guidance
- Collaborate, build relationships, and communicate requirements across the organization to gather reportable data
- Interact with regulators regarding the various reports
- Perform reconciliations to other regulatory and external filings
- Identifies and works with others within the organization to improve reporting data and generate additional operational efficiencies while maintaining strong compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensures the maintenance of procedural documentation for the regulatory reporting process and execution of appropriate review controls
- Staying abreast on the latest regulatory pronouncements impacting regulatory reporting, anticipating the impact of reporting changes, and communicating with management as necessary
- Integrating any acquired companies into the reporting process
- Assistance with special projects as needed—including, but not limited to:
- Acquisition activities
- Drafting of accounting policies and procedures
- Process review and improvement implementation
- Technology upgrades
- Represent the institution to customers, shareholders, regulatory agencies, and civic and professional organizations
Required for success - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or accounting
- Five (5) years of experience in public accounting or banking
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand and convey complex information clearly and efficiently to varied audiences
- Organization and attention to detail are imperative to ensure compliance with all control activity to support accurate reporting and information delivery
- Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Preferred Knowledge and Skills - Banking and/or public accounting experience preferred
- Licensed CPA preferred
Conditions of Employment: - Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- This is a full-time, non-remote position
Reports to Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy
Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have any direct reports.
Salary Grade 10 – Min = $59,280.00; Mid = $91,293.00 (plus)
Salary is commensurate with experience
