Enterprise Systems and Software Consultant

• Hands on work experience using a modern programming language
• Proficiency in MS Visio (Or similar), MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or other programming languages

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:

• Education
  • Required: A four-year college degree
• Experience
  • Required: CO-OP or Internship experience

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Identify and document process improvements and requirements.
• Create solution design documents and technical specifications as needed.
• Provide functional and application consulting services for projects using creative and critical thinking skills.
• Work closely with business managers and end users to understand their processes and procedures.
• Test and document application customizations, fixes, and interfaces.
• Consult with users, technology liaisons, applications support personnel, and developers when researching solutions.
• SQL and Scripting languages.
• Monitor and troubleshoot daily, weekly, monthly, and annual processes.
• Creation and maintenance of unit, acceptance, and integration test scripts.
• Perform billable work for clients for assigned statements of work including managed services and discrete projects.
