Mortgage Loan Originator
Are you a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams? We're seeking experienced and successful Loan Officers to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you'll play a vital role in originating residential mortgages while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate residential mortgages at a high level, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Successful track record as a Loan Officer with a six-figure earning history is highly desirable.
Experience in working with internet leads is a significant plus.
Strong customer service and follow-up skills are a must.
Full-time positions available, both in office and remote, for Loan Officers eager to earn $100K+ annually.
Willingness to originate both purchase and refinance transactions.

Steps to Getting a Mortgage License:
To sell mortgages, you need to be licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). We'll guide you through the process:
Apply for an NMLS account and ID number.
Complete state-specific mortgage Pre-license Education ("PE").
Pass the licensing exam.
Apply for your mortgage license through the NMLS.
Complete background checks and pay all fees.
Associate your NMLS account with our reputable company.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A 4-year degree is preferred but not required.
Minimum 6 years' experience originating mortgage loans.
Strong understanding and knowledge of financial institutions and products and services.
Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with borrowers, builders, and realtors.
Comfortable with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
Some extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
