Regional Operations Manager (Heavy Equipment/Trucks)
The Regional Operations Manager (Heavy Equipment/Trucks) will be responsible for the management of operational processes and the fleet of heavy equipment/trucks. This position is responsible for developing and implementing operational initiatives and changes while ensuring operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational processes and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement operational changes and initiatives.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
- Manage fleet of heavy equipment/trucks.
- Analyze and report operational performance.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization.
- Train and develop staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations or related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, operation management, fleet and fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment/trucks.
- Experience with change management.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
