Sol Connections is seeking local and qualified applicants to join our team of Entry Level Sales and Marketing Consultants!

As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building strong connections with our client's customers through professional communication, swift response to questions and concerns, effective sales management, and meticulous attention to detail in a retail environment.

Responsibilities for the position include:

• Face-to-face sales and marketing with our customers to maintain trusting connections and satisfy our clients' needs within a retail environment
• To close sales, gain business, and meet production goals within your designated territory, you will operate both individually and together with members of other teams.
• Developing strong leadership skills to build a high-performance, cross-functional team environment
• Work with a close-knit group of skilled sales professionals that will assist your professional development as you develop strong leadership abilities to create a high-performance, cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications:

• 0 to 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Ability to perform Account Retention
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Prioritizes and plans work activities
• Self-motivated
• Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
• Degree or relevant coursework in related field
