Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team is recruiting for an Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Oncology for the Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Oncology- Urology- National Accounts which includes the United States.

PECS is committed to setting the standard on Patient Experience (Px), building more personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences to help patients start and stay on treatments across the portfolio.

Job Description

The Associate Director, Oncology is accountable for effectively leading, developing, and directly managing a team of FRM who have access & fulfillment related responsibilities across Oncology healthcare provider accounts and executing on the PECS FRM strategy. The Associate Director is focused on ensuring healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers are enabled with the information, tools and resources needed to ensure patient ability to start and stay on therapy.

They will also foster communication across multiple JJIM departments including Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access and Field Sales.

In this role the ideal candidate will:

All responsibilities of the Associate Director will be carried out with strict adherence to the JJIM Credo and HCC Guidelines, in line with the FRM Rules of Engagement.

This role involves travel up to 75 % of the time.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
